Here's a quick video to show you how to convert a quote to an invoice in HubSpot.

If you're using HubSpot's fully integrated payment system, you can produce a quote and get the quote signed digitally and take payment on the quote, all without ever leaving HubSpot's ecosystem. In fact, all without lifting a finger because most of that is automated if you're set up correctly. But what if you need to convert a quote manually to an invoice and then apply payment to that invoice, say from an external system? Well, that's also really easy to do. Let's go into a deal in our little pipeline here, and then we're going to go down to quotes. The quotes are on the right side of the screen, so we've got our quote in here. When you hover over the quote, this little action button will appear. You go to Actions, and from there you can go to Convert to Invoice. Here you can make any adjustments that may be necessary for the invoice. You could add a line item. There's a lot you can do from there. Then we hit Finalize, and now you have an invoice. You can send that invoice immediately from your HubSpot dashboard, or you can write an email manually if you want to add some more personalization to it.
