How to Change Display Options in Google Calendar
You can change the display of your Google calendar to show a schedule view, weekends, and declined events. Here's how.
One of the great things about Google calendars is the extreme flexibility. Here are a few tips to optimize the calendar view to your needs.
- You can display your calendar to show the day, week, month, or year.
- You can display a "schedule" view rather than a calendar view.
- You can choose to display or hide declined meetings.
- You can display your calendar with or without weekends.
- You can display a rolling 5-day view.
It's easy to change your settings.
- In the top right corner of the calendar view, there is a button that says "Week."
- Click that button, and you will see all your options!
