It’s easy to create and share designs or collections of designs in Canva if you have a paid account. Here’s how.
Whether you sell Canva designs, provide them for your clients, or simply want to share them within your company, you should know how to share Canva designs and collections as templates. As long as you have a paid Canva account you can use this feature. And it’s so easy to do!
- The person receiving the templates does not need a paid account.
- To share a template, click the Share button, then select Template Link.
- If Template Link is not visible, click More to find it.
- Copy the template link and share it with the recipient.

A quick tutorial to show you how to share templates in Canva. Sometimes you want to create a group of designs and share them with someone else. If you have a paid account, you can share your templates. The person you are sharing the templates with does not have to have a paid account. They can have a free Canva account as long as the template-sharer, you, has the paid account.
It's really simple to do. So just open up whatever group of designs you want to share, and then click your “share” button in the top right corner of the Canva toolbar, and go to this link called “Template Link.”
If “Template Link” isn't showing in your display panel like mine is, it’s because this panel shows the things you use the most often. So you might need to click “more” and find the template link icon from within the “more” extended panel.
Click “Template Link,” copy the template link, share it with your client or co-worker or whoever it is that needs the template. And that's all you need to do.
